The Only Organization Tool You Will Ever Need

Step 1: Finding The Right Planner

Okay. First thing first. The only tool that you will ever need to be organized is an effective and personalized planner. Throughout my many years of schooling, I have tried just about every planner on the market. I liked some, hated most, and fell in LOVE with one. If I could marry my Passion Planner, I probably would. If you aren’t the kind of person that likes to have your day planned down to the hour, there are tons of amazing planners that provide a blank space for planning each day. I HIGHLY suggest checking out your local Marshals for great deals on these type of planners. Amazon also has some amazing choices for great prices. Not to mention, that you can start planning as soon as two days from now if you have Amazon Prime! If this is your first time experimenting with a planner, Blue Sky is a great brand to get you started. They have tons of super cute options for a nice price and have planners that follow the calendar year and the academic year.

One of my favorite parts of planning for my week is getting out all of my pens, highlighters, and sticky notes! I am a colorful person and my planner definitely reflects that. These pens are smaller than my iPhone, last FOREVER, come in gorgeous colors, and are super affordable. I have been using these pens for years and I will probably use them for the rest of my life.

Sharpie Highlighters (Clear View)

I have tried just about every brand and size of highlighter known to man and these are by far superior to any other highlighter on the market. The clear tip allows you to see what you are highlighting, the ink lasts forever, the stick is the size of a pen, and the color choices allow for ample planner personalization. They may be more expensive than other brands, but they are so worth it.

Fun Sticky Notes

Thankfully, most sticky notes on the market are pretty awesome. Basically anything from Post It will be awesome and the options in size and color are endless! But don’t stop looking there.
